This is a family event

When:

Friday July 4th
12:00 Noon – 4:00 PM
Following the Huntington Beach Parade

Food

• Bring a side dish to share
• Large Bottle of Soda or Juice

Club will provide the following:

Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Slushies, Beer, Margaritas & Brownies.

Entertainment

Live DJ music (DJ Darren)

Information

No saving tables until 7:00am 7/4/14 all articles will be placed in the lost & found if saving a spot before 7:00am Friday

Please note: There is no cost for members, paid from members dues.

Guest not encouraged – Guest fee $10

Volunteers urgently needed.

• 10 AM – setup (EZ ups, tables, supplies)
• 11 AM – prepare BBQ setup
• 12 Noon – (BBQ chef)
• 1 -2 PM – (keep tables supplied with food & Drinks)
• 3 PM – (deserts, brownie)
• 4 PM – (tear down, cleanup, empty trash)
