Standing Rules and Waivers

We have updated our Standing Rules and have MANDATORY new waivers for ALL MEMBERS to sign by June 10th. The new Standing Rules and Waivers are available to view and print from our website. If you are unable to print, hard copies are available in the office.

Update Member Information

The office is in the process of updating all of our membership files.

Please call or email us with your most current contact information; address, phone number, and especially an email address. We want to make sure you are up to date on all that’s going on at the club.

Cabana Club Lifeguards

Pacific Sands Cabana Club is accepting applications for part-time Lifeguards. Lifeguard applicants must hold the following certifications by first day of work:

  • Lifeguard Certification
  • Work Permit (for students under 18)

Applicants must be 15 ½ years of age by Friday, March 31, 2023, and MUST be able to work most weekends & holidays starting in April through September 2023. Part-time weekday/evening hours will also be available after elementary and high schools close.

Applications are available at the Cabana Club Office.

All applications must be submitted by Friday, May, 15th 2023. Students under 18 will require a work permit.

Club Reminders:

CLUB MEMBER COURTESY REMINDERS:

Out of courtesy to your fellow members some reminders as we approach our busy season, please-

Push your chairs back in.

Wipe and/or sweep up any spills on or around your table when leaving to prevent pests (cleaning supplies and brooms are available in the clubhouse).

Close and tie the umbrella you are using to prevent damage from the wind and unpredictable weather. Please do not move umbrellas or take umbrellas out of their bases. You can move tables to adjust for shade.

FACILITY HOURS

CLUB MEMBERS, please remember that the facility's operating hours are from 8:00am-10pm 7/days a week.

PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION:

Party requests must be filled out and approved by Management prior to your event.

Members are limited to 10 guests, if your party is larger you will need another guest to be present to have an additional 10 guests

There is a $100 cleaning deposit. Please leave the space the way you found it and your deposit will be returned.

Clubhouse rental is available is $25/hr. Mon-Thurs or $50/hr. Fri-Sun

Maximum of 4 hours

GUESTS:

Club Members please stop by the office and check in your guest before entering the club. Guest fees are: $2 Mon-Thurs. and $5 Fri-Sun. Thank You!

Supervision of children reminder: Parents are reminded to please review pool, deck, and diving board rules with their children and guests. Rules are posted behind the diving board and on our website. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed at the club without an adult present. Children 14 years and older and unaccompanied by an adult are expected to follow all pool and deck rules.

MEMBERSHIP DUES/LATE FEES:

Membership dues are due on the 1st of every month and are considered LATE after the 15th. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to an account that has not been paid by the 15th.

  • Penguin Intrasquads Wednesday & Thursday, May 17th and 18th 4:15pm-7:15pm
    Pool closed to open swim
  • Penguin Home Meet June 3rd. Pool will be closed 6:00am-4:00pm

Tennis News:

Members and Non-Members Social Tennis

Social Tennis is back! Meeting times are Sundays 8:00am-11:00am. Please contact the office for more information. No reservations are needed.
Non-members $5.00 guest fee/per person.

Tennis Lessons

Private, semi-private and group lessons are all available for all ages. Contact one of our pros for classes and lesson times.
