The 2024 Annual Members Meeting
The 2024 Annual Members Meeting of the Pacific Sands Cabana Club will be held on November 14th at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse.

Elected Directors will be announced at the meeting. All Club Members are welcome to join!

Pool News and Schedule:
The Pool will close at 9:00pm for the winter. We will begin covering the pool at 9:00pm on Sunday, November 10th, Sunday through Thursday.
The Masters program removes the covers at 5:45am Monday through Friday.
Pool Use:
- Cabana Club CMAC
- Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-6:15pm
- CMAC Masters Swim
- Monday-Friday 5:45-6:45am**
They will be using 3 lanes

Club Reminders:
Guest Fee Increase – went into effect Oct. 1, 2024; Guest fees will be $5 Mon-Thurs. and $8 Fri-Sun. and holidays.
Club-sponsored events will be charged an additional fee.
Out of courtesy to your fellow members, some reminders, please…
Do not stop and drop off your family at the entrance. Please pull into a parking spot. This is very dangerous! Cars entering can’t see you, and we would like to avoid an accident or injury.
No glass is allowed on our pool deck including reusable water bottles.
If you are planning a deck party or a gathering of members, please check with the office about the date and time you request to be added to our calendar and fill out a deck party request form. We need to know your plans so the office can plan staff accordingly.
Children wearing floaties need an adult poolside at all times to monitor them.
Small children not entirely potty trained must wear a disposable swim diaper with a reusable swim diaper over it. (Members will be fined if their child has an accident without one)
Reminder for supervision of children: Parents must review pool, deck, and diving board rules with their children and guests. Rules are posted behind the diving board and on our website. Children under 14 are not allowed at the club without an adult present. Children 14 years and older and unaccompanied by adults are expected to follow all pool rules.
Push your chairs back in. When leaving, wipe and sweep up any spills on or around your table to prevent pests (cleaning supplies and brooms are available in the clubhouse).
CLUB MEMBERS, please remember that the facility's operating hours are from 8:00am-10:00pm 7/days a week.
GUESTS:
Club Members, please stop by the office and check in with your guest before entering the club. Guest fees are $5 Mon-Thurs. and $8 FriSun. and Holidays, and there is an additional fee for club-sponsored events. The Guest fee increased on 10/01/2024. Thank You!
MEMBERSHIP DUES/LATE FEES:
Membership dues are due on the 1st of every month and are considered LATE after the 15th. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to an account that has not been paid by the 15th.
Tennis News:
Tennis Court Reservations
For reservations, you may email the club office at manager@cabanaclubhb.org on Mondays after 10:00 a.m. from Tuesday through the following Monday. Confirmation will be sent. Currently, pre-booking is limited to one court per week per group. You can book an additional court by calling 714-536-8091 up to two days in advance.
Tennis Lessons
Private, semi-private and group lessons are available for all ages. Contact one of our pros for classes and lesson times.
