Club Updates due to COVID
(revised 10/29/20)

  • Cabana Club is open 9:00am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.
  • Admission to the club is still limited to members only (no guests) to minimize crowding and maximize your experience.
  • Gate access is admitted through the front office only.
  • All members must sign a waiver or access will not be granted.
  • Because our members' safety comes first, we adopted a reservation system for pool and tennis.
  • Diving board, BBQ area, firepit, playground, and basketball hoop OPEN.
  • Showers, bathrooms and changing rooms OPEN.
  • Clubhouse/Snack Bar/Deck Parties not available.
  • Ice machine and drinking fountain not available.
  • Two lap swimming lanes available for one-hour blocks from Monday-Friday 6-7:00am and Monday-Sunday 9:00am-8:00pm**
  • Family swimming available for two-hour blocks from 9:00am-8:00pm Monday-Sunday**
  • Tennis courts available 9:00am-8:00pm Monday-Sunday.
  • Reservations for pool or tennis court use can be made by calling our front office at 714-536-8091. As a reminder, please call to cancel your reservation if your plans change so other members can use your time. Thank you.

Physical Distancing and Health Declaration protocols will be maintained based on mandated guidelines from OC.gov.com, CDC, and USA Swimming and Association of Aquatic Professionals.

    Voting by ballot or proxy begins on or before Monday, November 9. Ballots will be available online and in the club office.
  • Annual Members Meeting
    Wednesday, 11/18/20 at 7:00 pm at the clubhouse. All members welcome.
  • Surf City Aquatics Club (SCAC)
    2020/2021 Fall/Winter Program Continues
    Session 1 Practice starts Tuesday, September 8- Thursday, December 31.
    New practice time starts on November 1, Mon- Fri 4:00-6:30pm.

Member News:

2020 Board of Director Elections

Election voting by ballot or proxy starts on or before Monday, November 9 – Wednesday, November 18 and closes by 8pm at the Annual Members Meeting. One vote per family membership.

The Board of Directors govern the activities and business affairs supporting the purpose and objectives of the Club. Directors serve a two-year term and meet each month for approximately 2 hours.

Elected Directors will be announced the following day after the Annual Members Meeting.

Annual Members Meeting

The 2020 Annual Members Meeting of the Pacific Sands Cabana Club will be held on Wednesday, November 18 at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse.
All members are invited to attend the Annual Members Meeting in the clubhouse. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will review accomplishments and present the financials from the preceding fiscal year. Additionally, the election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming year will take place at this meeting.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines physical distancing and safety protocols will be maintained.

Surf City Aquatics Club (SCAC)

The 2020-21 Fall/Winter swim program is in session.
Session 1-Tuesday, September 8, 2020 – Thursday, December 31, 2020
Session 2-Monday, January 4, 2021 - Friday, March 28, 2021

Session 1 Practice times:
Monday-Friday 4:00-6:30 pm November 1-December 31

**Lap/family swimming unavailable during SCAC practice times. All 6 lanes will be used due to safe distancing requirements for the swim program.

Lifeguards on Duty

PSCC Lifeguards are off duty for the winter season.

Pool Use Schedule:

Masters Swim

Monday – Friday 5:00-6:00 am

Lap Swim

Please call the club office to reserve lanes for one-hour lap swimming Monday - Friday 6:00-7:00 am and Monday-Sunday 9:00am-8:00 pm.

Family Swim

Please call the club office to reserve a two-hour swim time 9:00 am-8:00 pm Monday-Sunday.
